Potsticker King Chinese restaurant has been under current management since October 1993,
serving families and businesses in Cupertino and surrounding areas. It moved into
the brand new 2800 square feet new home in March this year, with seating capacity
of 90 patrons. There are one private dining room for party of twelve and a
semi-private dining room for party up to twenty-two people. The new restaurant
is beautifully designed by Linda Mckay of San Francisco and has been well received by visitors.
The restaurant is famous for its authentic and tasty Taiwanese style dim sum
and noodles. A great variety of Mandarin and Sichuan style dishes are also
featured in the newly expanded menu. Quality ingredients, friendly service
and reasonable prices are the reasons why it has been so popular among customers of different ethnic backgrounds.
Potsticker King is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Only closed
between 3: 00 -4:30 pm. In addition to dine-in, take-out by phone or on-line
ordering is also available. Delivery service is only by advance arrangement

Mr. Vincent Wei, is the Chef, and creator of all of these
excellent dishes. He has been a chef for over fifteen years.
He studied under Chef Yang Ming. His best known dishes
are those famous Dim Sum style delicacies: pot stickers, and
dumplings. For the adventurous diner, there is
gun-powder shrimp. Of course, for the health
minded patron, there is the steamed vegetable platter. Chef
Vincent prepares cuisine from all over China: Taiwan,
Szechuan, and Northern China. He strives to
please both families and young people. He wants Chinese
food lovers in the Bay area to have a cozy, friendly place to
enjoy a large selection of delicious and fresh Chinese food at
very reasonable prices.
Mr. Hector Chen has 20 years of
experience in the restaurant and catering business He worked
with famous restaurateur Mr. Mike Wei in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
for many years, where he learned the finer points of
restaurant hospitality. He works hard to
make sure every customer who comes into his restaurant will have a
great dinning experience. The food must be
excellent in taste and beautiful in presentation. He also
makes all his customers feel welcome and comfortable while
they dine in the PotSticker King Restaurant.
